Just like fairy tales that they once created,
There's a prince and a princess that are destined to meet
That's how I want to relate my love story with.
I could be the princess on my own love story
Wearing an elegant white gown made by my fairy
Birds sing with me as I walk into our balcony
My life is almost a fairy tale but not completely.
And something went wrong because there is missing
Then I just realized, it was my prince charming
But now how could my story be a fairy tale,
If just a prince i could not even avail?
I can't be Cinderella and wear the glass slippers,
Many ladies tried but no one fits them but her.
I can't be Snow White too and eat the apple,
'cause the mirror said,"You're not the fairest of them all."
I waited to be kissed and tried to be Sleeping Beauty
but I've waited for nothing till year 2090.
I also tried to be Belle and kissed his prince,
but nothing happened, he's still a beast.
I went home with nothing but tears on my face,
I failed even I tried different ways.
Am I not good enough to deserve a man?
Why everything went wrong? What have I done?
I wish I could have the long hair of Rapunzel,
So my prince can easily climb on my castle.
Being Ariel whom i dreamt to be,
for I'll sacrifice my voice for my prince-to-be.
When will be the time that someone will say "I LOVE YOU"
Someone can make me answer that I love him too.
When will be the time that we'll be together,
And live in our own kingdom happily ever after?
